Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, there was no hot water for bathing or washing. The staff seemed friendly and tried their best, although it was apparent they lacked proper training or guidance. The location was great for exploring the local mountains and Glenveigh National Park, but some aspects of the dining experience were lacking.
The hotel offers rooms with great views that were refurbished to a very luxurious level, including breakfast, but with quite a small double bed. The service was professional though lacking in training, with a great smile from the receptionist. The location provided beautiful surroundings and guidance on local attractions. The dining offered lovely fresh fruit salad but had thin crispy fries. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory with good value for money.
The hotel offers luxurious rooms with comfortable beds but lacks hot water for bathing. The service is professional but staff seem inexperienced. Its quiet mountain location provides a great base to explore the beautiful Fanad peninsula. The dining experience features fresh fruit salad and homemade pastries. Despite missing facilities, the hotel is reasonably priced.
